One of the few rivers of any size in Israel, that flows all-year. 45Km long. Home of soft-shell turtles and grey mullet hatcheries. Here flowing into the sea. Most of the river is in Emeq Hefer.

Ancient Roman port of Keisaryah/Caesarea, about an hour south of Haifa. The amphitheatre is more famous perhaps.

Haifa Bauhaus architectural style. An ordinary utiltarian design common in the big cities, especially Tel Aviv. White is the usual colour associated with Bauhaus. It looks particularly suited to seaside towns.
